At Pooch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser.
Package Your Items
Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all Pooch designer tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the parcel.
